The Modern lessons include many technique exercises. In addition to the more classic basic techniques, groundwork is also covered.

These techniques are reflected in the choreographies that are taught during the lessons. In addition to technique, attention is paid to empathy and improvisation. The choreographies challenge the dancers to fully empathize and their creativity is stimulated during the improvisation exercise.
