Since the 1980s, aerobic stepping, where you step on and off a raised platform to music, has been extremely popular.

Scootering is good for the heart and lungs and good for your muscles. You burn a lot of calories and improve your coordination and balance.

Everyone can scooter at his or her own level. Start on the lowest setting of your scooter or, for more advanced users, the middle or highest setting.

The choreographies are usually built up per lesson. So you can stick to the basic movements or also participate in the more difficult steps.
