Take your own challenge to the next level with HIIT Training. This is a High Interval Intensity Workout. So no dance, but pure cardio and muscle strengthening. Basic moves include squats, lunges, burpees, pumps, and cardio moves. ​
Throughout the lesson, the intensity increases so that everyone can find their own challenge and keep pushing their limits. One certainly does muscle training and one continues to burn fat after training. This lesson is therefore mainly aimed at training your body in a fun way and in a group, no one is alone, let's do it together!
